PIFF will persistently strive for new visions to become the festival of constant awakening, of continuous transformation, of unyielding fundamentals, and more importantly, of new cultural paradigm.
Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival
Puchon-si has been developed into a city with 800,000 population in the past two decades.
Now it is working on its self-image as the representative of culture in Kyunggi-do with much emphasis on visual art and music. PiFan, starting in 1997, has been grown into one of the most reknowned festival to symbolize Buchon, a city of culture, and a visual festival to quench the thirst for sensibility and experiment of the film manias in Korea.
